Crowns & Cards: Brass in Pocket
According to the Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders , writer of this most infamous 80s classic Brass in Pocket is about having a great ass…and a lot of sass. Brass is also an olde English term for money. We are literally doubling down on both those meanings with a card holder with four slots to store your cash, cards and collectibles….and they do have sass (if I say so myself).
each of the Brass in Pocket card holders is decorated with a nod to one of two famous English musicians, Mr. David Bowie and Mr. Robert Smith. Add a little sass to your ass (or bag) with one of these eye-catching designs.
Folded wallet measures 4” x 3” or 4”x 6” when opened. Pockets are large enough to fit standard credit cards and folded bank notes. pockets closest to the back wall can fit business cards.
Please note all items in the Lyric & Aster store are handmade. They are crafted of pre-loved, dead stock or salvage. Meaning they have lived a life before and may have small blemishes or scuffs, spots, mild unevenness rust or a touch of verdigris. These are not considered flaws due to a) the nature of each item and b) I myself am human, not a machine – all items are upcycled – punched, stitched, sewn by hand.
Please take time to view the photos posted for any and all items as they are a large part of the description. Should you have further inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out.
